REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a free shipping label.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3 business days for your refund to be processed. For exchanges, our customer service team will coordinate with you to ensure your new order gets to you as soon as possible.
Our orders ship Monday-Friday out of our warehouse in New Jersey via USPS. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.
Our warehouse closes at 2 pm EST. If you place your order after that time, your order will be shipped the next day. Please take that into consideration when placing your order. Our warehouses are constantly taking in orders, and we want to personally make sure that your order is perfect with hands-on precision!
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If shipping outside of the United States, custom charges may apply. This can include additional duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Additional fees depend on your personal country, local tax rate, and customs department and will be taken care of by the customer.
We pride ourselves on same-day order processing. Unfortunately, that means we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses post-purchase. Please verify your address before submitting your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
